HOW MUCH DOES A LIFELINE TUB WITH INSTALLATION COST?

Every customer's home and needs are different. The only way to determine what your cost will be is to come to your home, survey your bathroom and assess your personal needs as to how we need to build your tub to help you. Then we can give you an exact cost for your project.

DO YOU OFFER FINANCING FOR YOUR TUBS?

Yes ~ We offer financing to qualified customers with low rates and low monthly payment plans that make our tubs easily affordable, including customers living on a fixed income.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON THE LIFELINE TUB?

The Lifeline Tub comes with our manufacturer's lifetime warranty on the entire tub including the shell for manufacturing defects, door and seal, faucets and other hardware, drain assembly, controls, pumps, blowers, and heaters.

WILL MEDICARE, MEDICAID OR INSURANCE PAY FOR A TUB?

Sadly, for most senior citizens and the disabled, walk-in bathtubs and showers aren't considered to be durable medical equipment and they usually will not pay for the cost of a walk-in tub nor will they help offset the cost of the installation despite the many safety and therapeutic benefits they provide.

WILL THE VA PAY FOR A TUB?

At this time the Home Improvements Structural Alterations (HISA) program doesn't cover assistance for a spa, hot tub or jacuzzi.

HOW LONG DOES INSTALLATION TAKE?

Installation is usually completed in one day.

WHERE CAN YOUR WALK-IN TUB BE INSTALLED?

One of the many benefits of our internal frame design is that our tubs can be installed in most all existing tub areas and 48" shower pockets. In lots of situations our tub can be installed where all other walk-in tubs can not. The Lifeline Tub can be used as a replacement for your regular bathtub or it can also be installed independently in a spare room, laundry room, bedroom, etc.

WHO INSTALLS YOUR TUBS?

All of our installation crews are factory trained and certified. Once this process is completed they are added to the list of installers that we use. These are the only installers that we use. This insures that all work is done to the high standards we demand for our customers. Each install crew is licensed and covered by commercial liability insurance in the minimum amount of $2 million dollars.
